Even the most advanced machines are not entirely immune to wear and tear and breakdowns. The mechanical, electrical and electronic engineers of our service department are constantly on call to provide prompt help. But emergency repair service is not their only task. Together with clients, they plan, coordinate and oversee the installation of machines and plants. They can install standard types of machinery independently, without support from the suppliers’ engineers.
To keep their knowledge and skills updated, our service engineers frequently undergo training at the plants of our suppliers. This makes them well qualified to train client staff in the use of newly installed machines. The service department takes care of preventive maintenance and works out plans for maintenance and spare parts stocks in cooperation with the managers and engineers of client firms.
